Dr. Daniel Gaposchkin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. He then completed both his Master of Arts in Medical Science and his MD/PhD at Boston University School of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Lahey Clinic Medical Center, where he later served as both a ward attending and a preceptor for resident physicians.
In 2006, Dr. Gaposchkin joined Massachusetts General Hospital as an Assistant in Medicine in the Department of General Internal Medicine, where he has practiced for nearly two decades. He also serves as a Clinical Associate of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring resident physicians throughout his career. His clinical interests include chronic disease management, particularly conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as building long-term relationships with his patients.
